Blossoming Beauty
The start of the year had me dreaming of far-off adventures, those two-week getaways that seemed just out of reach. When life got busy, we found a different kind of escape – a spontaneous morning trip to Palestine, TX, to witness the famed dogwood blooms. Spring in East Texas is a spectacle, and we were eager to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Davey Dogwood Park. It had been over a decade since my last visit, and I was excited to see what had changed. As we entered, the park greeted us with delicate white dogwood blossoms, scattered like stars along the five-mile scenic drive. We parked and took a leisurely stroll, enjoying the gentle breeze and the peaceful atmosphere. But what hidden gem did I discover beyond the dogwoods? And what essential tips do you need to make the most of your visit? Subscribe now to learn more.
