Directional Light | Week 2

"Uncommon valor was a common virtue"

For the month of June our blog circle will be focusing on directional light.  I recently had the privilege of being one of the many chaperones for the WHS band trip to Washington D.C.   We were able to enjoy the Sunset Parade performed by the US Marine Drum & Bugle Corps and Silent Drill Platoon at the Iwo Jima Memorial.   It was a spectacular performance and enjoyed by all.  My share this week is a silhouette of the famous 32-foot high statue based on the Pulitzer Prize winning photo that captured the Marines' flag raising on February 23, 1945.Please continue around the blog circle beginning with Julie Kiernan.  She is best known for her beautiful landscapes and senior/family portraits.
