A Local’s Guide to the Tyler Azalea Trail
If you haven’t had a chance to take a stroll on Tyler’s brick streets to view the beauty of the historic homes and Tyler’s Azalea Trail, make sure to visit before April 8, 2024 to see the flowers in full bloom. My parents have always enjoyed working outside in their yard and I knew they would enjoy and appreciate the labor of love that has been put in at the Pyron Garden. It is a wonderful, peaceful outdoor space.
Enjoy the various colors of the azaleas, the fiery red Japanese maples trees and greenery from the weeping yaupon. Street parking is available across the street on W. Dobbs.
There are numerous spots to take photos with the lovely backdrop of the vibrant azaleas, intricate stone pathways and peaceful sitting areas - perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
I love seeing all the historic homes and admiring the different architecture and lovely landscaping. If you happen to be in the area soon, Tyler Chamber of Commerce is offering a tour of five historic homes in Tyler.
I love the entrance to this garden shed. The statue reminds me of when my daughters were young playing together!
After visiting I’m inspired and working really hard to convince my husband that we need to go visit some nurseries and plant more flowers!
Nothing makes this event more special than sharing it with loved ones.
❤️ My grandson is as sweet as the spring blossoms! ❤️
