Creativity | Week 1
Long time no blog. Summer activities have had me meeting myself coming and going. Which brings me to my image....I thought it was only appropriate to post this image as my first in the photographer's choice of showcasing creativity for the month of August. Upon first glance I admit, I initially thought this was an epic fail, but after studying it a bit I think it has grown on me, in an abstract kind of way. This photo truly represents what my summer has felt like - a HUGE BLUR. It represents those fleeting moments of summer which are slowly coming to an end.

I was trying to capture the hustle and bustle while visiting Union Station in DC. Everyone was scurrying around us with their briefcases or luggage. Unfortunately I didn't have my tripod, so I had to hand-hold my camera, but I had a lot of fun briefly playing around with a creative use of shutter speed. Please continue around the blog circle beginning with the extremely talented Jill Cassara to see her creative take this week.
